  There isn't any illegal order here. That officer is on official assignment. The minister is jeopardising the role of his subordinate by taking it upon himself to be there. The officer did the assigned directive from his superintendent at the same did the job of the minister by descaling the situation. With this episode people need to read the army protocol and understand how military work unlike the civil authority. I commendation the officer for his restrain against the provocation and inappropriate language. Nigerians reacted sharply due to the way the nation guard was ridiculed in public. It calls for reflection. FCT minister need to be conscious of the office he holds and act accordingly. Governance and hugely aren't one and the same thing.
