  Why must every comment or critique of the APC's government in power at the center be termed " inciting the people or the public"?.
  
  In incidents management, every incident is investigated for lessons to be learned, improvements effected, and for prevention of a repeat occurrence.
  
  If a government is not objectively criticised, it will be blind to its failings and failures.
  
  Those, who fear and frown at objective assessments of government's performance need to grow up and be nationalistic in their views and perspectives
