  The criticism by Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi State is not necessary because Pres. Tinubu is trying his best. Some of his aids (ministers) do not help matters. Imagine such aids as his current Ministers of Education and Finance blatantly and daringly refusing to pay withheld salaries of university staff who are warming up for another showdown. Can anyone blame Pres. Tinubu who had issued instruction long ago for such payment?
