  This should have been corrected during Buhari regime. Tinubu was begging Nigerians then that we should allow buhari to complete his eight years in order to complete the good work he has started and now the same tinubu is blaming buhari government. Anyway tinubu has achieved his ambition but he should remember that history will tell on his family and the unborn generation.
