It is not about a particular Nigerian or individual in Nigeria. All of us have the disgraceful malady of cheating , disorderliness and terribly corrupt. We Africans ,and indeed, Nigerians simply are incapable to reason well and organize and put in place a reasonable govt. We have proven over the that we lack the ability to govern ourselves
