  I really concur with the writer and his point of view. Only manifestos, electoral policies and inclusive governance differentiates democractic regime from military leadership. The Constitution of Nigeria 1999 didn't depict federal system of government rather is unitary system and personalities produced by the parties as flag bearers is not even helping matters.
