'You were not re-elected, you selected yourself' - Falz rejects Sanwo-Olu

Nigerian rapper Folarin Falana who goes by the stage name Falz has criticized Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for being elected again.

This comes after Sanwo-Olu expressed gratitude to Lagosians on Twitter for his reelection.

Sanwo-Olu expressed his profound gratitude and humility for the enormous support and confidence of Lagosians in a lengthy tweet he shared on Monday, March 20.

He also expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari for establishing a legacy of fairness and democratic outcomes.

Falz responded by asserting that Sanwo-Olu wasn't actually re-elected rather he chose himself while adding that everyone witnessed the events.
