Rhode-Vivour's mother accuses APC of vote buying in Lagos

Mrs. Nkechi Rhodes-Vivour, mother of Labour Party governorship candidate for Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has described her experience at her polling unit.

Mrs. Nkechi who voted at the governorship and state house of assembly elections on Saturday, March 18 accused the ruling All Progressives Party (APC) of vote buying.

According to her, her experience is nothing to write home about.

"My name is Mrs Rhodes-Vivour, I am the mother of the incoming governor. My experience a nothing to write home about. People are buying votes openly. How can you vote and you show who you are voting for?"

"And the APC person is capturing you to give you money. Is that society we are trying to change?"

"INEC officials and even the police are not saying or doing anything. They are watching."
