APC suffering from 'astraphobia; fear of thunder, lightning' for stealing election - PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party PDP spokesman, Daniel Bwala has said the All Progressives Congress APC is suffering from astraphobia which is the fear of thunder and lightening for losing the election.

He gave the diagnosis as a result of the APC struggling and causing chaos because they are aware they stole the election and fear the real winners will reclaim their victory.

He said; "APC is suffering from what we call astraphobia, the fear of thunder and lightning. They are afraid that thunder and lightening will strike them for stealing the election. And now they are beginning to cringe and behave in a very unusual manner.

Narrating what transpired before the PDP withdrew their application compelling INEC to allow them inspect the electoral document, he said that after the court gave INEC the order to allow political parties to inspect the materials, the electoral body resisted and gave various excuses.

As a result of that, the PDP filed a motion to ask the court to mandate INEC allow the inspection. However, the counsel for INEC contacted the PDP and asked that there was no need to proceed with the motion as they were willing to grant them access, which led to the withdrawal of that particular application.

He added that, "APC even when they have claimed to have won the election, when you steal you won't celebrate what you stole. Now they went to spin it and passed the information that Atiku Abubakar has withdrawn his petition. Continue to be pained by the fear of thunder and lightning that will strike the legitimacy that you claim through the tribunal that we are bringing the case. The truth of the matter is that whatever you steal you can't enjoy it and that is what is simply happening to them. This mandate that is stolen, we are going to recover it."
