On this episode of suit and tie twitter, thought leader @SamAkinlotan advised members of the working class to leave any job that offers career stagnation.

Sam noted that staying at a job for long, without any evident career progression was the worst thing that could happen to members of the Nigerian labor market

The HR influencer advised them to move to jobs that offer career growth.

He tweeted: "If you consider yourself ambitious; staying at a job for long, without any evident career progression - in responsibility, grade level or job position is a disservice to yourself.

Leave any job or organisation that you add value at, and doesn't offer career progression."

Worst of this jobs that has no evident Career progression is they are usually Toxic...probably because of the unemployment rate in Nigeria

While you also aspire to move, be sure you aren't moving to a toxic environment. If it is not better than where you are, it may not be a good move
