Former Big Brother Naija winner Mercy Eke has expressed regret over joining the reality show, saying it has impacted her chances of finding a life partner.

Speaking in an interview with media personality Toke Makinwa, the reality star opened up about her struggles with love and marriage since leaving the house.

“I regret going to Big Brother even though I love the benefits that come from it.

“I dey fall in love like mumu. Now I said to myself that I want to marry, is it in this bed I want to marry from?”, she asked.

Eke also cited financial imbalance as a recurring issue in her relationships.

“I have dated guys that I have given a lot of money to, not one not two, because they don’t have,” she revealed.

She noted that while the show brought her fame and opportunities, it also made building a stable personal life more difficult.
