The spokesperson for the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Josephine Adeh has lamented that the duty of servicemen in the police force goes unnoticed.
She said that despite risking their lives for Nigerians day and night, their job is often a "thankless job".
In a post on X, the PPRO wrote: "I've come to realize that police work is often a thankless job. Despite all we do, including risking our lives, we still face criticism from the public. Our officers are out there day and night, ensuring the safety of citizens, yet their efforts often go unnoticed.
Her post has attracted numerous comments, likes and shares.
Previously, she had called out men for the increasing spate of heartbreaks they are causing women.
Taking the unexpected role of a relationship advisor, expressed dismay at the increasing number of men who led women on, only to later disappoint them. She stated that her office had been inundated with calls from heartbroken women sharing their painful experiences.
