Biafra agitator Simon Ekpa is frustrating our efforts in South East – Chief of Defence Staff

The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, has said that Biafra agitator, Simon Ekpa is sabotaging their efforts in the Southeast.

He said when he led a delegation of other Service Chiefs and the Inspector General of Police to make an appearance before the House of Representatives on Tuesday, November 21.

“Simon Ekpa is sabotaging our efforts in the Southeast.”

Simon Ekpa, the self-acclaimed Prime Minister of Biafra has revealed his intentions to frustrate the Nigerian forces by declaring a sit-at-home in the South East.

According to him, this will continue until the federal government released its leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu from the DSS custody.

Ekpa has also been accused of financing an armed group operating in the southeast.

Musa therefore, called on the government to initiate a diplomatic dialogue with the Finnish government and invite the Finnish ambassador to Nigeria to address the concerns surrounding the activities of the agitator who is based in Finland.
