Atedo Peterside steps down from Unilever Board

Atedo Peterside has stepped down from the Board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria Plc with immediate effect.

In a notice filed by the firm to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Peterside revealed that his intention to resign from the Board was to enable him focus on his ANAP Foundation COVID-19 Think Tank which he recently established in March 2020.

Unilever Nigeria thanked him for his priceless contribution to the Board over the years and wished him every success in his future endeavours.
