Alhaji Yusuf Mamman Dantalle is the presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples’ Movement, who is contesting for presidency in the upcoming general elections.
He is a grassroot politician and political juggernaut, who joined politics since the return to democracy in 1999 and had distinct outing that had not only strengthened democratic practice in the current dispensation, but created a veritable opposition.
He was born into the family of late Alhaji Mamman Dantalle, a famous entrepreneur on the October 25, 1971, with ancestral origin from Kumurya Town, Bunkure Local Government Area, Kano State.
The late father had at one time or the other was a representative and overseer of John Holt company and its activities, as well as other indigenous and nationalized companies, and rose to a major shareholder during the indigenization policy in Nigeria.
