Segun Arinze is a Nigerian ace actor, producer, and singer born on September 24, 19o65 in Onitsha, Anambra State, Nigeria who was known for his movies ‘30 Days (2006), The Widow (2005), and Domitilla (1996).

Segun hails from Badagry, Lagos State. He attended Victory College of Commerce Edidi in Ilorin, then proceeded to Taba Commercial College in Kaduna State where he completed his secondary education. He studied Dramatic Arts at Obafemi Awolowo University.

Segun started his career professionally as a singer and actor. His singing career gave him prominence after he released his debut album, Dream. However, much success was not commercially recorded. His acting career started in Ilorin. Apart from acting, Segun Arinze is an acting coach and currently works with a prestigious African international film festival passing his knowledge on to the next generation of actors.

He has starred in Nigerian movies like; Across the Niger, Silent Night, Gold Statue, She Is, who is the Boss, Blood Sisters, and others. He married fellow Nollywood actress Anne Njemanze, which later became a short-lived marriage. The couple has one daughter, Renny Morenike, born on 10 May.
