Samson Siasia is a Nigerian former professional soccer player and coach. He played as a striker for various clubs, including the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles. Siasia was born on August 14, 1967, in Lagos, Nigeria.

As a player, Siasia represented Nigeria at the 1994 FIFA World Cup and won the African Cup of Nations with the Super Eagles in 1994. After retiring from playing, he transitioned into coaching and has managed several teams, including the Nigerian U-20 and U-23 teams.

In 2016, Siasia was appointed as the head coach of the Super Eagles but was later suspended by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) due to allegations of match-fixing. He was subsequently cleared of the allegations and has continued to work as a coach and soccer analyst.

Siasia is known for his expertise in developing young players and has been involved in various soccer development initiatives in Nigeria.
