Randy Waldrum is a former American soccer player, and current head coach of the University of Pittsburgh Panthers women’s soccer team and current head coach of the Nigeria national women’s team.

Randy Waldrum who was born on September 25, 1956, started his coaching career at Austin College in 1982 where he led the men’s soccer team to a 4-12-1 record. From 1989 to 1994, he coached both the men’s and women’s teams at the University of Tulsa, where he posted a 66-33-6 record with the men and a 61-36-9 with the women.

In October 2017, Waldrum was appointed to be a technical adviser and head coach of the Nigeria women's national team and was expected to take charge of the team ahead of the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualification tournament. However, he turned down the role and was not appointed coach.

After three years of turning down the role of technical adviser and head coach of the Nigerian women’s national team, he was later appointed on October 5, 2020, as the head coach of the Nigerian women’s national team.
