Ilebaye Precious Odiniya also known as Baye or Gen-Z Baddie, is a Nigerian criminologist, model and reality TV star. She is the winner of Big Brother Naija season eight (8). She was born on May 9, 2001 in Olamaboro.

She is the daughter of Hon. Emmanuel Godson Odiniya and Mrs. Odiniya. In addition to being a politician based in Abuja, Ilebaye's father taught physical health education (PHE) at Government Secondary School Alloma Ofu in Kogi State, Nigeria.

Ilebaye graduated from Salem University in Lokoja with a degree in criminology and security studies after finishing her SSCE. She gained popularity as a competitor in the seventh and eighth seasons of the reputable reality series Big Brother Naija.

Ilebaye's participation in Big Brother Naija Season 7 (Level Up) propelled her to stardom in 2022. Throughout the season, there was a vibe of the "Gen Z baddie". That same intensity was evident in her performance in BBNaija "All Stars" Season 8 which was a fusion of some past contestants of the reality show.

Ilebaye's victory came as a surprise to many because during the contest she was often bullied and maltreated by the other housemates.
