I love Okocha – Yaya Toure lauds Jay-Jay Okocha's football intelligence

Former Manchester City star Yaya Toure has commended Jay-Jay Okocha for his extraordinary creativity while envisioning the ideal African football player.

Toure, who featured for Manchester City and Barcelona, praised Okocha's football intelligence demonstrated during his illustrious career in Germany, France, and England.

While selecting his dream player, Toure expressed admiration for Okocha's prime years, emphasizing the Nigerian's exceptional dribbling skills that captured the attention of clubs and fans alike.

Toure's ultimate player would be a composite featuring Samuel Eto'o's right foot, Kanga Akale's left foot, Bakare Koni's speed, Didier Drogba's strength, and Okocha's renowned football intelligence.

Speaking specifically about Okocha, Toure revealed his deep affection for the Nigerian maestro during his prime, stating, "Okocha, I love Okocha in that period."

The former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, who earned 73 caps for the Nigeria national team between 1993 and 2006, scoring 14 goals, is celebrated as one of Africa's football legends.
