Transfer: Premier League club set to rival Juve for Lookman's signature

Serie A giants Juventus have reportedly shown interest in Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman.

Transfer expert Ekrem Konur reports that the Bianconeri have inquired about the availability of the 26-year-old.

Lookman has been phenomenal for Atalanta since joining the Serie A from RB Leipzig last season.

The Super Eagles forward was the club's top scorer in the league last season with 13 goals in 31 appearances.

The former Leicester City forward has continued from where he left last season with 10-goal involvement for Gian Pierro Gasperini's side this term.

Lookman's remarkable performance has not gone unnoticed as he has drawn the attention from high-flying Premier League side Aston Villa.

The Super Eagles winger has significant Premier League experience with spells at Fulham, Everton and Leicester City.

Lookman is currently at the camp of the Super Eagles as Nigeria prepare for the 2023 AFCON campaign in Ivory Coast.
