Moffi in Lorient squad to face Rennes amidst transfer speculation

Super Eagles striker Terem Moffi will have to wait longer before getting his desire move from FC Lorient.

The striker’s future has dominated the media recently with West Ham United, OGC Nice and Olympique Marseille all interested in his service.

Multiple French media Outlets are reporting that West Ham and Marseille have presented “interesting” bids to Lorient, but the striker is holding out for a move to Nice.

With decision yet to be taken on his destination, Moffi has now been included in Lorient’s squad for Friday’s Ligue 1 clash against Stade Rennes.

The striker is expected to leave behind speculations sorrounding his future and lead Les Merlus’ attack for the match billed for Stade Yves Allainmat- Le Moustoir.Manager Régis Le Bris’s decision to call upon the striker is no brainer, as he’s the team’s leading scorer this season with 12 goals in 18 games.

The future of 23-year-old however could be sorted in the next few days.
