Sodje expresses confidence in Eagles pool for AFCON and world qualifers

Former Super Eagles defender Sam Sodje has expressed confidence in the pool of players available for national team handler Gernot Rohr ahead of next month’s commencement of hostilities for the 2022 world cup qualifers as well as the delayed 2021 AFCON.

Sodje speaking in a chat with brila.net said the current crop of players could be liken to another golden generation for the team and only hopes that the team is able to deliver on the promises of each individuals that make the team thick and stronger to achieve the set objective of the team.
