World Cup: Nigerian man breaks his TV after losing N1.2m predicting France will win

A Nigerian man has generated conversation online after he reportedly shattered his TV after losing his wife.

A social media user with the handle @happinesschip who is close to the man shared the video on Tiktok as he disclosed that his wife sent it to him.

"@pst_og why you go bet 1.2M before self…Why you go come still break your Tv to double your loss," the video caption reads.

The unidentified man is reported to have placed an N1.2 million bet on France to defeat Argentina in the finals of the World Cup in Qatar on Sunday, December 18.

Legit.ng gathered that he broke the TV when France lost two penalties. In the clip, the man stormed out of the room in anger as he rued his loss.
