Kylian Mbappe Kylian Mbappe

Kylian Mbappe's future at Paris Saint-Germain is still uncertain. He was expected to leave this summer, but he was adamant about staying despite a highly publicized dispute with the club.

The France captain has been heavily linked with Real Madrid, and he is still expected to join the Spanish giants at some point in the future.

Mbappe is out of contract at PSG next summer, and several Real Madrid players have not hidden their desire to play alongside the World Cup winner.

The 24-year-old was on the verge of joining Real Madrid in 2022 but inked a new deal with PSG instead. However, his relationship with the club, especially with president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, hit rock bottom in the summer.

The forward was omitted from training and the preseason tour of Japan and South Korea. He returned to training just before the season started and has scored 12 goals in 12 appearances this season, per Transfermarkt.

Is this his last season at PSG? His yearly wages in Spain, should he join Madrid, have now been disclosed.

What Mbappe could earn at Real Madrid

According to Spanish outlet El Chiringuito, Los Blancos will have to dig deep to pay the world's best player if he joins next summer, via PSG Talk. The report indicated that Mbappe wants an annual salary of €35 million from Real Madrid.

After signing a new deal at PSG last summer, the French phenom became the highest-paid player in world football. He reportedly earns £1mil a week, per Sky Sports. The publication also reported that Madrid were willing to pay €230mil on deadline day in 2021 and offer him a yearly salary of £20mil.
