League leaders, Liverpool, have suffered their first Premier League defeat of the 2019/20 season after a shocking 3-0 thrashing at the Vicarage Road to Watford on Saturday night.

Jurgen Klopp's 44-game unbeaten league run came to a shocking end away from home in an unprecedented fashion.

Watford were coming back from a 3-0 defeat at Old Trafford but made a recovery against Liverpool who have been unbeaten since the beginning of the season.

Manchester United took the first point from Liverpool at Old Trafford in the first leg when Adam Lallana’s late equalizer saved the Reds from their first defeat.

Sadio Mane was on target last week to give the Reds a win against West Ham as they almost dropped points to David Moyes’ side in a 3-2 thriller.

Their defeat was, however, to come surprisingly at the hands of Watford via Ismaila Sarr’s brace (54, 60) and an assist to give captain Troy Deeney (72) his first-ever goal against Liverpool.
