Nigeria-eligible Crystal Palace forward Michael Olise stunned Manchester United with a superb late strike to rescue a point for the Eagles.
The 21-year-old's 91st-minute hit ended the Red Devils' winning streak since November 6 as Crystal Palace held Manchester United to a one-draw at Selhurst Park.
Bruno Fernandes gave Erik Ten Haag's side the lead on the stroke of halftime following a fine assist from Christian Eriksen to ensure that United went into the break with a one-goal lead.
But the Red Devils were punished for their lacklustre performance in the second half as Olise's strike gave the home side a vital point.
He became the first player to score a 90th-minute equaliser via a direct free-kick in the Premier League since Lucas Digne in December 2018.
From the Nigerian perspective, Michael Olise was born to a Nigerian father and a French mother. The young winger is eligible to play for the Super Eagles as per FIFA regulation.
