Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen has returned to training ahead of Galatasaray's upcoming matches against Kasimpasa and Barcelona.
The 27-year-old has been on the sidelines since sustaining a groin injury during Galatasaray's Super Lig clash with Istanbul Basaksehir on September 4.
The Super Eagles striker was ruled out of Nigeria's three fixtures in the recently concluded international break against Madagascar, Guinea-Bissau and Russia.
In a post on Galatasaray's official X account, Osimhen can be seen training with his club teammates as he works his way back to full fitness.
The former Napoli striker reportedly took part in the opening stages of the workout session before continuing with an individual plan prepared by the club’s medical staff.
Osimhen's return comes as a major boost for the Yellow and Reds as they come up against Kasimpasa in the league on Friday, October 9, before hosting Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday, October 13.
