Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has reportedly decidedon the Premier League club he would join between Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, and Chelsea.

Osimhen has been the subject of transfer speculation for some time, with a number of EPL clubs said to be eyeing his services.
