UCL quarter-final draw: Teams, date, rules and venue

The stage is set for the quarter-final draw of the 2023/2024 UEFA Champion League campaign following the completion of the round of 16 matches on Wednesday night.

Athletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund became the latest teams to progress to the last 8 joining the likes of Manchester City, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Arsenal.

At the Wanda Metropolitano, Diego Simeone's side beat Inter 3-2 in the shootout after the tie ended 2-2 on aggregate after extra time.

In Germany, Borussia Dortmund secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over PSV at the Signal Iduna Park to progress 3-1 on aggregate.

The quarter-final draw will take place on Friday, March 15 at the House of European Football in Nyon (Switzerland).

From this stage onwards, teams from the same country as well as teams that played against each other in the group stage can meet.

The first ball to be drawn will play home first and the second ball will be the visiting club.
