U-17 WWC: Nigeria vs USA game delayed due to bad weather

The quarterfinal clash between the Flamingos and the United States of America has been delayed due to adverse weather at the DY Patil Stadium in Nerul, Mumbai.

The match which was scheduled to kick off at 11:45 am has been delayed due to rain and thunderstorms.

Both teams were forced to return to the dressing room during the national anthems following loud noise of thunderstorms.

It is still raining at the DY Patil Stadium, and it remains unclear if the authorities will postpone the game.
