Serie A champions Napoli have lined up Bayern Leverkusen's Victor Boniface and Montpellier's Jerome Akpor as possible replacement should Victor Osimhen exit the club at the end of the season.
Osimhen, 24, is yet to agree to a contract extension at the Naples-based club
With just a year remaining on his current deal, the Nigerian international is likely to leave Napoli next summer.
The Super Eagles star has also fallen out with the club over a mockery video which surfaced on social media.
According to reports, Boniface and Akor are among the list of players shortlisted by Napoli to fill the void Osimhen will leave if he exits the club.
Boniface has been phenomenal for Bayern Leverkusen since joining the Bundesliga outfit in the summer.
Akor is also in a good goal-scoring form for the Ligue 1 since joining Montpellier from orwegian club Lillestrom.
