Manchester City and Chelsea have reached an agreement over a possible transfer for Cole Palmer.
Palmer, 21, is set to undergo medicals with the Blues as the official announcement is expected soon.
The two clubs have agreed on a fee worth £40m for the attacking midfielder and winger.
This was disclosed by transfer market expert, Fabrizio Romano.
“Cole Palmer will undergo medical tests as new Chelsea player on Thursday.
“£40m fee & £5m add-ons, as revealed earlier. Time to prepare documents,” he wrote.
Palmer is leaving Pep Guardiola's side in search of more playing time.
