Tottenham loses Son's red card appeal

Tottenham Hotspur have lost the read card appeal for attacker, Heung-Min Son, after he was sent off during Sunday's London derby versus Chelsea.

Son was giving the matching orders and sent off following a VAR review which showed him kicking out at Rüdiger, who was subjected to racist abuse by a section of the crowd during the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The game ended 2-0 in favour of visitor's Chelsea, led by Frank Lampard against the Jose Mourinho led Spurs.
