Samuel Eto’o reveals his unending love for Nigeria

Former Cameroonian international, Samuel Eto'o has expressed love for Nigeria which he says began at the African Cup of Nations in 2000.

The football tournament which was co-hosted by Nigeria and Ghana was won by Cameroon after they beat Nigeria via penalties.

“It all started for me in Nigeria (AFCON 2000), that’s why I love this country so much.” the Barcelona legend said.

Samuel Eto'o who played for Barcelona, Inter Milan and Chelsea recently described Juventus star player Cristiano Ronaldo as the best of all times.

He made this known when asked to speak on comparison between Juventus and Inter Milan

"I see Juve and... I don't know. They have Cristiano Ronaldo, the best of all time, or Dybala, another phenomenon, but I would like to see the Sarri of Empoli again", he assured.

He also expressed hopes that Sarri will bring something more to Juve: "He's different from when he was at Empoli or Chelsea. Today we don't see coaches like Guardiola making their teams play, maybe risking losing, but still making the fans enjoy themselves"
