Former Nigeria head coach Samson Siasia has named his all-time best eleven for the Super Eagles.

Speaking in a podcast show with former international Emmanuel Babayaro and journalist Matthew Edafe last Saturday, the former striker named some of his former teammates among Nigeria's all-time best eleven.

Siasia named former Lille goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama in post ahead of 1994 AFCON hero Peter Rufai.

He completed the defense with a back four of Taribo West, Uche Okechukwu, Ben Iroha and Augustine Eguavoen.

Siasia named a midfield trio of Mutiu Adepoju, Sunday Oliseh, and Austin Okocha.

In attack, the former Nantes striker opted for an attacking trio of Finidi George and Emmanuel Amunike on the flanks with Nigeria's all-time top scorer Rashidi Yekini as the arrowhead.

There was no room for top stars like Joseph Yobo and the late Stephen Keshi in defense.

Former Chelsea midfielder John Mikel Obi was left out Siasia's midfield pairings.

Yakubu Aiyegbeni and Nwankwo Kanu also didn't make Siasia's cut in attack.
