Robert Calenda reveals Osimhen 's next line of action after mocking video hit social media

Victor Osimhen has threatened a law suit against his club Napoli over social media posts which appears to mock the Nigerian striker.

A TikTok video posted by the club on Tuesday appears to mock the Serie A top scorer for last season following his penalty miss against Bologna on Sunday.

Osimhen effort sailed wide down the righthand post as the Serie A title holders were held to a goalless draw away at Bologna .

The said video was eventually pulled down after several backlash from fans.

Osimhen's agent Robert Calenda described the incident as "unacceptable" and adding that the player is considering a legal action against the club.

“What happened today on Napoli’s official profile on the TikTok platform is not acceptable. A video mocking Victor was first made public and then, but now belatedly, deleted.

“A serious fact that causes very serious damage to the player and adds to the treatment that the boy is suffering in the last period between media trials and fake news. We reserve the right to take legal action and any useful initiative to protect Victor,” Calenda said.
