Real Madrid eye €50m swoop for Chukwueze after incredible Bernabeu display

Samuel Chukwueze could be on his way to the Santiago Bernabeu following his dazzling display against the La Liga title holders.

The 23-year-old was a thorn in the flesh of Carlo Ancelotti's side as he scored a brace to help the Yellow Submarine dispatch the Spanish champions 3-2 in La Liga on Saturday, April 8.

Chukwueze's remarkable performance at the Santiago Bernabeu has caught the eye of the La Liga giants who are considering a move for the Nigerian international.

Spanish publication, Marca reports that Fiorentino Perez is impressed with Chukwueze's performance this season and is ready to bring him to the Bernabeu to pair with Vinicius Junior on the flanks.

Chukwueze's current contract with Villarreal runs out in 2024.

With a year left on his deal at Estadio de la Cerámica, Villarreal are likely to accept half of his €100m release clause should Los Blancos come knocking this summer.
