Qatar 2022: Davido set to perform at closing ceremony

Nigeria's music sensation David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known by his stage name as Davido is reportedly set to perform at the closing ceremony of the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

This was revealed by Hong Kong billionaire Stephen Chung via his Instagram story on Thursday, December 8.

Davido was part of the three artists who sang the official FIFA World Cup song dubbed 'Better Together'.

The ceremony will be Davido's first stage appearance following the death of his four-year-old son Ifeanyi.

The final game of the 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup will hold on December 18, at Lusail Stadium.
