Pochettino's newlook Chelsea side kick off pre-season campaign on a flyer

Chelsea began their pre-season campaign on a blistering note with a 5-0 win over Wrexham in what was their first game under new boss Mauricio Pochettino.

Youngster Ian Maatsen starred as he netted a brace to ensure that the Blues began their US tour on a positive note.

New signing Christopher Nkunku, Gallagher, Chilwell grabbed the remaining goals as Pochettino's side dispatched their opponents in Chapel Hill, North Carolina on Wednesday night.

Jackson, Chukwuemeka, Sterling, Casadei, and Angelo were on hand with an assist each.

It was a dominant display by the Blues as fans were thrilled by the positive sign on display.
