'Please help me walk again' - Nigeria’s tallest man begs for N5m to replace hip's ball, socket joints

Reactions has trailed a video of Nigeria's tallest man, Afeez Agoro Oladimeji appealing for assistance for some health challenges.

Oladimeji who is widely reported to be the tallest man in the country in a video stated said he needs to undergo surgery to replace his hip's ball and socket joints.

He disclosed the ailment as chronic hip osteoarthritis.

The surgery will help walk again according to the video that has made the rounds on social media.

At at 7 ft. 4 inches tall, he is among the tallest people in Africa.

Born in Sabo, Yaba in Lagos on December 13, 1975, Oladimeji is the youngest of three children who had his early education at St.

Finbarr’s College before obtaining an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), followed by a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Town and Regional Planning at the Lagos State Polytechnic.

He subsequently pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Lagos.
