PHOTOS: Arsenal fans celebrate 'Arsenal Day' in Okene, Kogi State

Gooners in Okene, a small town in Kogi, Nigeria have celebrated their annual Arsenal Day.

According to reports, Arsenal fans in the town have been marking this celebration every year since the year 2006.

Hundreds of fans donned in their Arsenal jerseys attend the festival yearly.

This year's celebration must have been special considering the fact that Mikel Arteta's side currently sits at the top of the Premier League with 24 points, one more than champions Manchester City.

Arsenal have won 8 out of their 9 PL outings this season with their only defeat coming against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
