Osimhen teaches the correct pronunciation of 'Kvaratskhelia'

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen has shed light on the correct pronunciation of the name of his Napoli teammate Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The Georgian international has become the latest football star whose name pronunciation has become a headache for many football followers and even Commentators.

The winger is arguably the best Serie A signing this season as he has become an integral part of the Napoli setup.

The 22-year-old who joined the Serie A leaders last summer from Dinamo Bantumi in the Georgian top division has formed a lethal partnership with Victor Osimhen in the Napoli attack.

The duo is driving Napoli's pursuit of a third Scudetto title, which will also be their first in over three decades.

Osimhen has a league-best 21 goals in 27 matches, while Kvaratskhelia has 12 goals and 10 assists.

The two have been described as the most exciting duo in Europe this season as they have helped Luciano Spalletti's side open a healthy 19 points gap at the top of Serie A.

Speaking in an interview with Europe-based Nigerian sports journalist, Oma Atugba, Osimhen explained that as a teammate of the Georgian international, he also had difficulty mentioning his name when he joined the club until Kvaratskhelia taught his teammates how his name is mentioned.
