Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and Leicester City's Kelechi Iheanacho will lead the attack as Nigeria take on Guinea-Bissau in the Nations Cup qualifiers at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
Ajax defender Calvin Bassey and Hoffenheim's Kevin Akpoguma will start as center-backs with Zaidu Sanusi and Bright Osaye-Samuel in the full-back positions to complete the back four.
