Okocha reveals what Arsenal should do to win the Premier League

Super Eagles legend Austin Jay-Jay Okocha has revealed what Arsenal need to do to win the English Premier League this season.

The Gunners are enjoying an astonishing run in the current Premier League campaign as they sit at the summit of the league log with 50 points- five points ahead of champions Manchester City with a game in hand.

Mikel Arteta's side have managed 16 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats in 20 Premier League outings and are considered favourite to win the Premiership for the first time since the 2003/2004 season.

Despite expressing confidence in Arsenal's ability to end their 19-year wait for a PL league title, the former Bolton Wanderers midfielder believes the Gunners should grind a good result in both games against Manchester City.

"Manchester City are losing an astonishing number of games this season by their standards. Arsenal are playing consistently well, I assume that the defeat at Everton was just a slip-up recently, the ex-Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder told Wettfreunde.

"I trust Arsenal to become champions, but for that he has to do well in both duels against Man City." Okocha added.

Arsenal will welcome Manchester City to the Emirate Stadium on Wednesday, February 15 for their first Premier League encounter this season.

The return fixture will take place on April 26 at the Etihad Stadium.
