OGC Nice submit improve bid for Moffi

French Ligue 1 outfit OGC Nice appears not to be giving up their chase for Lorient striker Terem Moffi.

According to reports, the club have submitted a new €24m plus bonuses in their bid to land the signature of the Super Eagles striker.

The 23-year-old in-form striker has netted 12 goals in 18 league appearances for Les Merlus.

Moffi's performance has drawn interest from clubs in the French Ligue and the Premiership.

West Ham United, Southampton, and Olympique Marseille have all been linked with a move for Moffi in their bid to boost their attacking options for the second part of the season.

According to rumours, the French club have rejected several bids in their bid to keep their most-priced asset at Stade du Moustoir.

Despite agreeing to personal terms with Nice including a 4 and half-year contract with a salary of €250,000 per month the two French clubs are yet to strike a deal for the Nigerian international.
