Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman has aimed a dig at Italian Serie A referees over his trademark goal celebration.

The Nigerian international was strangely booked following his trademark glasses celebration against Udinese in the Serie A on Matchday 9.

The decision by the centre referee Daniele Doveri left the 24-year-old shocked and frustrated as he protested against the call.

For a second consecutive week, Lookman was on target again for Gian Pierro Gasperini's side as they won 2-1 at home against Sassuolo on Saturday, October 15.

Lookman employed the same celebration but this time without trouble from referee Matteo Marcenaro.

Taking to his Twitter handle after the game, the former Leicester City winger wrote, “Luckily no yellow card this time.”

The former Fulham loanee has been in blistering form for Gian Pierro Gasperini's side.

The Super Eagles international has so far managed 4 goals and an assist in the Serie A this season.

Lookman joined Atalanta from RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga after Leicester City refused to make his loan deal permanent.
