Ndidi: Osimhen will do well for Napoli

Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is optimistic that his compatriot, Victor Osimhen will be a success at his new club Napoli.

Osimhen who joined Napoli for a club-record fee of £72mlillion from Lille of France has been impressive in the pre-season, scoring back to back hat-trick against Teramo and L ’Aquila.

The player appeared to have settled perfectly into life in Naples following his recent heroics, Ndidi, however, believes there is more to come from the Super Eagles number 9.

“I’m very sure Victor is going to do well. He’s someone that when I see in front I always see that ‘ginger’.

“He’s the type that always wants to win. So, I’ll say good luck to him,”  he told Super Eagles YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, Osimhen, 21, is expected to make his league debut for the Partenopei when they take on Parma on Saturday.
