The speculation surrounding Victor Osimhen's future is gaining momentum by the day with new twists as the end of the season beckons.

In the latest development, AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham has reportedly been shortlisted as a possible replacement for Victor Osimhen should the Super Eagles striker depart the club at the end of the season.

Premier League giants, Manchester United and Chelsea are the two forerunners for the signature of the Nigerian striker.

The leading Serie A top scorer has also been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich.

Italian publication, Tuttomercatoweb reports that the Naples-based club have started making preparations for life after Osimhen by shortlisting Tammy Abraham as a likely replacement.

The SUN reports that the former Chelsea striker is likely to welcome a move to the soon-to-be-crowned Serie A champions despite interest from Aston Villa as Unai Emery wants to pair the England striker with Ollie Watkins next season.

Osimhen, 24, has scored 26 goals in all competitions for Napoli this season.

Abraham on the end has managed 8 goals and 7 assists in 44 appearances in all competitions for Roma.
