Mourinho speaks on replacing Ancelotti at Real Madrid

Roma manager Jose Mourinho has remained coy on a possible return to Real Madrid.

Mourinho was in charge of the LaLiga giants from 2010 to 2013 before he was sacked.

Los Blancos are currently being coached by Carlo Ancelotti, who is widely expected to leave the role in 2024.

Mourinho is one of the managers being linked as Ancelotti’s replacement.

But he told Rai1: “Re-joining Real Madrid to replace Ancelotti? Fiorentino is super smart.

“He already has a super manager, why thinking of another?

“I’m Madridista and I hope Ancelotti will stay there. He’s the perfect coach for Real Madrid.”
